Registered Psychotherapists
At Desjardins Psychotherapy, we are committed to providing our clients with compassionate and effective care. We are currently seeking a part-time (leading to full-time) Registered Psychotherapist to join our team and help meet the demands of our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, youth, and adults and be able to provide psychotherapeutic treatment that meets their unique needs. This position is flexible, either in-person at our Ottawa office or virtual.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and is Registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

A candidate with a similar education and license to practice the act of psychotherapy is also eligible.

Must be bilingual in French-English.

Have clinical experience and training in any one of these areas:

Trauma-informed, EMDR/IFS approaches
-
Couples therapy with EFT/Gottman approach

Therapist for children or adults with ADHD/ASD/neurodivergence
-
Family therapist for parenting and family reunification

Sex therapist
-
Addiction therapist for substances or behavioural addictions

Treatment for eating disorders

Licenced Psychologists
Desjardins Psychotherapy is looking for a motivated and compassionate Registered Psychologist to join our team. This part-time position will lead to full-time as our practice grows. We offer a flexible work environment, with the option of in-person or virtual assessments for children and adults. If you have experience and a passion for providing quality psychological and psycho-educational assessments, we would love to hear from you.
