In her practice, she works with clients who want to focus on psycho-education, identifying and solving problems, and learning new strategies and tools to better cope with life’s daily stressors.
She has extensive experience working with children and youth (8 years old +), students, adults, and seniors. Her approach to therapy focuses on teaching strategies from cognitive-behavioural, dialectical, acceptance and commitment, compassion and solution-focused, emotionally-focused and mindfulness (CBT, DBT, ACT, CFT, MFBT, EFT, and SFT).
